Educational Objectives
Diploma in Automobile Engineering is a 3 years (6 Semester) long program. Automobile Engineering course trains students in areas such as- automobile design, vehicle engineering, electrical and electronic systems used in vehicles, braking, material science, engines, fuels and lubricants etc.
An automobile engineer is a person who has been trained to take on various jobs in automobile industry, such as- designing, developing, inspecting, manufacturing and testing motor vehicles and their parts. They are also capable of carrying out diagnostic work (problem finding) and carrying out repair works if necessary!
An automobile engineer is also known by the names of vehicle engineer and automotive engineer. Let’s take a look at some of the qualities and skills required to thrive in this field-
